The SEI VOW solution incorporates all the features of our Advanced IDX solution with additional VOW features available only to VOW websites. VOW solutions empower the REALTOR® by providing advanced prospecting tools and custom listing displays based on available listing data from the MLS. Consumers now have access to listing comparison tools and daily auto-notification searches.

VOW means more detailed property listings and information for your customers and empowering prospecting tools for agents and offices.

VOW provides all brokers within an individual MLS to share permission to advertise each other's listings on each other's websites and control what data is being displayed according to their MLS rules and regulations. A broker is a participant, by default, and can selectively opt-out of individual VOW sites or blanket opt-out at the MLS level.

By participating in VOW, a broker may provide the most detailed listing information available to their customers. Agent VOW solutions are available with a broker's permission. The participating broker receives permission to display other participating broker's listings. Unlike IDX, a broker that is not participating in VOW may still benefit from other participants' listings.
